If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.


If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Send the completed returns form with the invoice at the time of dispatch. If this form is not fully completed, we will not be able to process the return.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition and with its labels. The product must show no signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is recorded. If you've done all this and still haven't received a refund, please contact our customer service department.


- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose and personal care products are not covered by Ertzys return policy for hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned and will not be considered.- Provide a tracking and tracing code with the return (at your expense).
- E-mail a photo of the tracking code on the day of shipment.
- The return form must be printed and enclosed in the package.
- The product must be returned in unused condition.
- The product must be delivered in its original packaging.
- The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer, therefore the shipment of a product damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

It is crucial for customers to understand that picking up packages from the post office is their responsibility. When a package is dispatched but unable to be delivered, it is most likely returned to the closest post office. You, the recipient, will then have a specific amount of time to pick up the delivery.


Unfortunately, there will be no compensation if the shipment is returned to the sender if it is not picked up within the allotted time. This is due to the fact that the cost of sending the packaging has already been incurred, and returning the package would result in further charges.


To put it briefly, it is the client's duty to pick up a parcel at the post office. Unfortunately, the package cannot be refunded if it is not picked up within the allotted period. So, use caution and awareness, and if you need alternative solutions, kindly get in touch with the post office.
